2. On-Time Service Commitment

We strive for zero wait time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

3. Quality Control & Video Monitoring

Service visits may be video recorded

Videos are used for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution

All services are reviewed by a Technical Manager

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and location details

Ensure safe access to service location

An adult (18+) must be present during service

5. Payments & Pricing

Prices include labor; spare parts are charged separately where applicable

Payments accepted via UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking

GST and applicable taxes apply

6. Warranty & Liability

Services include a defined warranty period

Use of third-party spare parts may void warranty

7. Loyalty & Referral Program

Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

8. Governing Law

All disputes are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in South India courts.
